The auto industry is something that modern day America uses to get around in this day and age and has been for quite some time. Starting in the 1900s while people were using carriage on horseback mostly for the transportation of goods and services inventors were coming up with ways to make this everyday activity more convenient and quicker than the current methods being used. The first vehicles seen did not have as many safety features like seatbelts and airbags but they were at least the start of what would be a revolution of the future in the transportation industry overall.

Later on in years you would start to see things like improvements in the aspect of safety with the advancement of air bags and seatbelts becoming the mainstay in the automotive industry to keep occupants safe from any major harm should an accident occur. Once the technology came we started seeing alert systems that were designed to let the driver know when it was time to do things like change the oil or get gas in the tank. Before long cars were advanced enough to take on a new place in the market by offering two options for people giving them the choice between gas and electric. Electric cars came out in the mid part of the 2010s and basically work just like your phone to charge the battery through a base that is installed in your driveway. The battery is the sole power of the motor while you are driving around and usually on a full charge can go for around four hours depending on how much you use the vehicle in one day.

In coming years we might see more advancements in our cars. What would you like to see in automobiles in the future?
