Hodgetown to Have Christmas Event in Amarillo

Christmas is right around the corner and the staff at Hodgetown want to make sure Sod Poodles fans are ready by holding an event to celebrate the holiday season. This Friday December 16th "Christmas in the Sky" will take place for a second year and feature fireworks that night with hot cocoa milk and cookies also available to anyone who comes out and watches the display.

The admission is free to the public and parking will be provided by the city to accommodate easy entry into the venue. This is a great way to get ready for your holiday festivities if you have any kids that need something to do that is fun. To go along with the fireworks a live Jazz band will also be performing during the evening featuring iconic Christmas songs that will help to make the season bright. I didn't go to last year's event but maybe next year I can check my schedule and see if I can join downtown Amarillo in celebrating our Savior's birth.
