Keeping Track of My Health Through the Apple Fitness App

So I’ll start out by saying I got my own Apple Watch for a Christmas present this year and it can be used as an extension of my phone to call and text while letting me use apps that are compatible with the watch interface. I can manage things like my watch face and fitness activity straight from my phone through apps that automatically download when I pair it. The app I have been using for health Apple Fitness has kept me in check on my daily activity and the miles and steps I take on a daily basis. The most I remember logging goes up to at least 9 miles at work and about 3 to 5 miles when I’m at my house.

The Workout app can sense when I am taking part in exercise and asks me if I want it to time me and send a notification to me when I’m done and my friends and family who also have Apple Watch can see my notifications as well if the share option is used. If you have ever owned a Fitbit you would know how the tracking system works, but my watch unlike others acts like my phone and lets me use Siri to do things like read my daily loggings on activity that I do each day. It helps to do tasks a lot quicker and I can make calls to my family or even text friends about how my routine is shaping up.

The best part about wearing my watch is not only keeping track of my activity on it but also keeping track of time which is also important to stay on top of schedule with things like arriving on time from a morning commute or making sure you are up on time to get your day started.

I recommend getting one if you want to keep track of your health. Here is a link to check on the best prices.
