My Top 5 Summer Ice Cream Flavors

As I write this under the cool air of my air conditioner, I felt like it would be cool to list my Top 5 favorite ice cream flavors

1. Homemade vanilla-This one is a pretty popular choice, who doesn't love the taste of homemade vanilla after a long hot day. I am suddenly transported back to childhood at my grandparents house.

2. Butter Pecan-This flavor comes in at the number 2 spot, I can remember going to my grandparents house and my dad's dad always had this stocked in the freezer. On a hot summer day this was a nice way to cool off.

3. Rocky Road-I consider this one to be a staple for me especially at my previous Birthday parties, just the taste of nuts and the creamy texture puts me in a good mood

4. Peanut Butter Cup-I love the melt in your mouth smoothness I taste on this one, those peices of peanut butter and chocolate are something that I really like, I usually get a pint at the store, it is pretty decent size.

5. Neopolitan-This ice cream is three flavors and what I like about that is you can have a different type each time or maybe mix them together. To me another name for this type could be medley. I could easily see that being another name.

Those are just some of my favorite ice cream flavors that I really like. I hope everyone stays cool during the heat of the summer.
