To start out here Pink Floyd is another great 80’s and 70s band that I spend time listening to when time allows. Billboard charts and Rock music radio stations gave them exposure early on before they were well known in the public eye and started gaining record sales nationwide. One album by them that is credited to them as a flagship record is “The Wall”. This album has been remastered on CD and digital MP3 formats in the most recent times.

When I got “The Wall” I got the 180 gram vinyl set of four records, the album goes over the story of the wall in every song leading up to the song “Another Brick in The Wall”. This song has two parts with the first part being an exclusive to the album as part two where singing begins is the radio edit that is spun by DJs at stations. When the song comes on it makes me think of school and being in class as the single goes on to talk about education and the way things were going regarding the subject in the 80’s.
