Super Bowl 55 is now in the books and Tampa Florida has new champions to take home the winning streak. The game began with a coin toss and Kansas City ended up getting the ball first to kick off the final game of the season. In the first quarter we saw the Buccaneers ahead by seven points with Kansas City at zero. I pulled for Tampa Bay since Tom Brady from the Dallas Cowboys is now part of this team, he has been with Tampa for at least several years.

With six minutes left Kansas City scored a touchdown and got on the board with three points with Tampa at ten. When the first quarter was over we ended with a score of 7-3 Tampa on top. When the second quarter started Tampa kept on top by making touchdowns often and making field goals for extra points on the score board. At the end of the second quarter Tom Brady threw for at least 10 yards at the 30 yard line for a 1st down which put Tampa at ten points with the Chiefs still at three points. My thoughts on the halftime show featuring The Weekend were impressive, my favorite part was the very beginning when they showed a landscape of the Las Vegas Strip.

We came back into the third quarter with a score of 20-10 with the Bucs still on top in the game which is good news for team fans. The plays would continue with the home team taking the lead since the Super Bowl was held in Tampa Bay this year at Raymond James Stadium. I saw the outside of the dome and the features including the letters on top reminded me of AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

I have a bucket list trip in my future to go see a Super Bowl somewhere depending on where it is held. For instance if Super Bowl 63 was held in Arlington I would make sure and get tickets to the game. We will see if that comes true in future years. Even though I didn’t watch the NFL this year I bet there were a lot of wins and losses on each team.

The final score was 9-31 Tampa having the most points.

At the end of the game Brady took home the win for Super Bowl 55. Good job boys!!
