It’s something all of us or at least most likely do to overcome stress and anxiety during fast paced situations, therapists and doctors have been working on a research study for this common form of media that people turn to for entertainment.
They took a sample of some volunteers and had them listen to at least 30 minutes of their favorite song or artist and found the results to be not to surprising, the percentage of people came back to roughly an equal number which means a person listens to at least half an hour of a favorite song. I do this after getting off work to unwind from a long day so I’m recharged for the next day coming up, as they say music is the best medicine. I am happy to hear this awesome news because it means songs and albums are good for your health physically and mentally to help out with hard times.

So the next time you turn on your favorite song know it is doing a great thing for your wellness in general. I will be listening too in my downtime for sure and during my workout as well, we all want our body to be as healthy as possible and it will help you live a lot longer.
So find your favorite album and rock out!!
