Rick Husband Airport Hosting Airline History Event This Week

Have you ever wanted to learn about the history of aviation and the different aspects of history on the Amarillo airport? Join in on this free event happening this Thursday November 3rd to get a glimpse of what the FAA does and the implications that have happened in the past years of airplane flight and the importance that public safety plays in commercial usage of aircrafts for both our Air Force team and the traveling public in general.

There will be different exhibits on display and operators will be speaking about their experiences with aircraft flying in the Texas Panhandle. You will hear about the facts of how the Rick Husband Airport was honored in the famous Space traveler's name.

The event starts at 9AM and ends at 4PM at Rick Husband International Airport at 10800 airport Blvd
