Tips for Staying Healthy During Allergy Season

It's that time of year again, seasons are changing and people are coughing and sneezing everywhere. I've got some tips on how to stay healthy during seasonal allergy season.

1. Bring Cough drops to work-With allergies there comes a point where you need these, either for sore throat or continuously coughing. I keep these in my pocket usually if I need them.

2. Keep tissues handy-I know it becomes a hassle to have to blow at least 20 times out of the day but trust me, you want to look good so keep these handy.

3. Get enough rest-The body gets over things quicker through a lot of rest. I would suggest kicking back with a big glass of water and recharging.

4. Take a break-Don't overwork yourself too much, I know for a fact I get well through taking things easily.

Those are some tips I have for this allergy season, let's get through the change in seasons healthy.
