Here we are in the month of February already and you know what that means. Valentines Day is upon us and as you are sorting through trying to figure out a date night or something similar here are the Top 5 things to do on the day of love and compassion.

Go Out To A Movie That was Just Released

Check the local theater website to see what the latest showings are and then talk with your significant other to see if a plan can be made based upon what other people’s reviews were. Check and see what ratings are to see if the movie is any good.

Make it a night at the House With a Candle Light Dinner

Nothing is sweeter than having your loved one with you sitting at the table with candles lit and music playing in the background while the two of you talk about your interests. You can even create a special catering occasion if that is what the two of you decide on.

Find a good movie and enjoy one together

Cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie you both like and haven’t seen in awhile. There is nothing better than popcorn and a favorite show. I recommend The Notebook or something similar.

Take your date shopping for new clothes

The ones in the closet may not fit anymore so before donating let your sweetheart grab some nice shoes and shirts that can be worn.

Go buy some flowers to put in a vase

Your Valentine will love that you took the time to go pick out beautiful roses to add to the vase in the house. They put off a good smell and make the home smell wonderful.
