Retail giant Walmart is making it easier on customers by offering a service that saves money on essential groceries for the week that are common for the household. If you do a free trial you can see how you like the service and if it makes any difference compared to just using the regular version of the Walmart online app to do a pickup order. From research I can say that along with the perk of delivery you also get free 2 day shipping no matter what the total costs are.

In the regular shipping on the Walmart app for non-subscribers to the plus membership $35 or more would mean a charge for delivery on top of the total of the products being bought. I see this as an opportunity for Walmart to start competition with other major online retailers like Amazon and Ebay among other sites that have made an appearance over the years. I think people who are interested in subscribing would benefit from what is offered when it comes to budgeting and using money wisely so debt does not occur fast. Honestly if it was me and I was on my own I would use this service to my full advantage to take care of my groceries that are essential to have in my house.

I hope this creates revenue for Walmart to help out with profit in the future.
