Where To See Christmas Lights in the Panhandle

The holiday season is here and that means streets and neighborhoods will be lit up with lights to get everyone in the spirit of Christmas. Here is a list of places you can go to see the beautiful displays.

Hunsley Hills-Canyon

This display has been a Canyon staple for a long time. Usually you will find quite a few houses that are decorated with flashing lights. In certain years I have even heard music with light displays.

Bishop Hills-Amarillo

This neighborhood is always lit up with beautiful lights and decorations. The short drive to north Amarillo is definitely worth it if you want to catch a glimpse of holiday cheer.

The Colonies-Amarillo

This is in the middle of Amarillo and is always covered with different lights that range from different types. If I could pick my favorite neighborhood it would be this one next to Canyon’s Hunsley Hills.
