Wonderland Amusement Park Open For Business in Amarillo

Here’s some exciting news for the Summer Season, Wonderland Park has opened their doors to the public while taking protocols with safety in mind. Employees will be wearing masks and doing enhanced sanitation across the park after each guest gets off a ride and in high touch and traffic areas. All visitors have the option to wear masks but are not required to do so, gloves will be worn while handling any food or drink item in the prep area. I’m so happy to see this place opening up again, it makes me hopeful that businesses will be booming in America very soon.

Two new rides have been installed this year, the Spin O Sourous roller coaster and the classic car ride tour, both are located on the west side of the park, I have not been there in forever but I’m sure things have changed a bit. My favorite type of rides were always the water ones like the Fantastic Journey and ones like it. If I went back today my first ride to take would be one of the thrill rides, most likely the Texas Tornado that takes you through two loops turning you upside down. My next one would be the Drop of Fear being brave, my first blog you saw me on a Zipline harnessed in open air so this would be nothing to me.
