So I will start out here by saying Ford would be my top pick if I was shopping for a car at an auto dealership.
Let's talk about the history of this auto company, to start off a guy by the name of Henry Ford decided to make some income by starting his own company in June of 1903 in the suburbs of Detroit that of course bears his last name, Ford had a background in the field of Auto Mechanics so that's why he wanted his products to be cars, trucks and parts for different types of motors which consisted of mainly clutch-engaged manual engines up until the mid 70s to early 80s. He had $28,000 when he started his factory that came from a total of 12 investors, with two being most noted, the Dodge brothers John and Horace, who later on decide to start a car company of their own. Roughly ten years after launching, Ford Motor Company would soon become the world's largest hub for expansion of the concept of the assembly line to aid in the Industrial Revolution, this fascinates me as I am picturing what it would be like to live in this day and time when factories and companies saw advancement as well as advantages in technology used inside of Ford Company factories in different parts of the country and inside the different manufactured vehicles.
By the time the 21St century came around the auto maker was already putting accessories like hands free calling and Bluetooth technology into modern vehicles like the Escape and Edge, I like the way they have put in stereo systems that double as a computer which has the capability to help you out with directions and lead you from point A to Point B. My first car I am learning to drive is the one you see in the picture at the beginning of this post, the Bronco is a popular classic and I have an 86 model that you can remove the top. If you want a recreational vehicle that one makes the list. Back in 2003 you had to Crown Victoria car that was mainly used for law enforcement because of how fast they can go, I rode in one when I was younger, it definitely has horsepower that you can't beat.
In the 90s and early 2000s Ford Motor Company had several advertising campaigns to try and grab consumers attention, during the Country music Awards ceremony for several years I can remember them showing a commercial with singer Toby Keith coming to a table and giving a comparison to competitors. They still to this day use the iconic slogan and jingle "Ford is the Best in Texas" for residents of the state, elsewhere in the U.S. you can find different slogans being used, different dealers use different names too, for instance I live where Gene Messer is used along with Tri State, the one I can remember being called John Chandler when I was really young.
I hope to keep Ford vehicles in my family for a long time to come.
