Review:Gluten Free Schlotzky’s Sandwich

A couple days ago I got a takeout order from Schlotzky’s Deli and had one of the sandwiches from the menu for the first time in at least a decade since they started carrying the Gluten Free bun.

The bun had sort of a rice texture to it so I bet rice flour is used when they make it, the whole sandwich was good and even though I didn’t get the taller one that they had it was still great flavor. When I get a chance to go back I might dive in to some other menu items like pizza or something similar.

All in all a great trip and I recommend this place to a friend to go check out.
